On today's post, we're going to talk about periods. This AMAZING 3 to 7 days a month when I personally feel like I could scream in pain. Well, was. Because entered... The CBD, AKA my hero.
Cannabidiol is a popular natural remedy used for many common ailments.

For the drops, I put between 5 to 8 of them under my tongue and wait for 1 minute. Then I swallow (and drink water, because the taste is yuk) and wait to it to do it's magic. I feel more relaxed in about 2 or 3 minutes ! You can use it to ease the pain of your periods but also if you have anxiety.
